All orders are shipped through USPS only. Rates are automatically calculated by region. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after placement (this excludes pre-orders as they're expected shipping date varies). Orders will be shipped to the exact address listed on the order; if your listed address is missing information such as an apt/unit # it will be returned to the sender (Ancient Artery LLC) by USPS due to "invalid address". Returned orders costs an additional shipping fee to resend, and your address must be updated and verified before reshipping takes place. If you notice your address is incorrect any time before your order ships please send an email to info@ancientartery.com or send us a message in our chat bubble. Once your order is in the process of being shipped you will receive a tracking number to the email you listed at the time of placing an order. In the event that your order is damaged during the shipping process, you can send us proof via email and your order will be replaced free of charge.
